What is a template?

A template is a file that serves as a starting point for a new document. 

What is a template function?

When you open a template, it is pre-formatted in some way. Once the template is completed, you can edit, save and manage the result as an ordinary word processing document

What are the purpose and the structure of invoices and purchase orders?

The structure of invoices is very important because it shows the main data of seller and buyer, enterprises, phone numbers, listing merchandise sold or shipped to a purchaser. It contain address, description of merchandise, the quantity, values of prices and charges and allows to follow all the market movement records during long time.

Purchase orders are commercial document and first official offer issued by a buyer to a seller, indicating types, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller will provide to the buyer. Sending a purchase order to a supplier constitutes a legal offer to buy products or services. It is used to control the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers 

How do you file a loan application?

Firstly, you must be provided real personal and financial information. If you want to undertake a loan application, it is necessary to submit the three last balance sheets. In addition the lender would like to check your Income statement in order to know your financial responsibility. Finally, the borrower provides all the personal data to the lender for filling a pro forma invoice, also called credit application.

What is a mortgage?

A mortgage is a special form of a loan secured by real property. It is valid thanks to a mortgage note, where the two parts being involved agree on the legal conditions of this instrument.
